Left the dock around 4pm fished the inshore bouys. At about 6:30, I was casting a chartruese Bob's Banger at one of the bouys, as it came through the eddy behind the bouy I had about a 35lber inhale my fly. Fought her for about 10 minutes, got her to the side of the boat and realized we didn't have a net, only a gaff. I wanted to release her, so I popped the fly and she swam away. Drifted by one bouy and it had about 25 rat cobes on it, pretty crazy.
